Bithell Farms is located in Oregon's lush Willamette Valley. The mild, moist climate is ideal for growing the best tasting  berries in the world. On the farm there are strawberries, blackberries, boysenberries, blueberries, raspberries, and loganberries. By controlling our own growing, planting, packing, and delivery we are able to bring you the highest quality fruit in our own trucks directly to your city. We also make Freezer Jam that is loaded with natural vitamins, enzymes, fiber, and flavors that are not destroyed by the process of cooking.

Bithell Farms also produces freezer jams.  These jams are made from an old family recipe.  We do not believe in cooking these jams. The cooking process first destroys nature's flavors, and finally, as the jam is cooked down at 190 F many of the other nutrients are lost. Because our jams are never cooked, to preserve them, we must freeze them. Frozen they will keep over two years; refrigerated they will keep for over six months. Our bet is that once you taste the natural flavor of freezer jams, their stay in your refrigerator will be much less than that.
